How to fix/tighten loose armrest on LazyBoy Reclining Loveseat?

This lazyboy reclining loveseat has a lift up lever for footrest on both sides.

The arm rest on one side is very loose. Looking for a diagram to locate the bolts/screws that need tightening.

Thankyou

Couldn't find screw with flat head that's tightened with Allen wrench. Entire side of chair sitting on floor. Turned chair on side sitting on floor. Inserted one n half inch into metal hole in front of plastic round part. Didn't just put in halfway cuz it would break. Company didn't know or will fix. This is for y'all cuz couldn't find manual either. Have a nice day. Have pics but couldn't put here.

I have the same problem, one big bolt completely fell out onto the floor. I wish that people answering these questions will actually READ the questions before giving an opinion. The question was, "Is there a diagram that shows where the bolts go?" It's good to know how to access the frame and mechanisms, but if you still don't know where the bolts go, that's not really help, it's just hide and seek 🤔

Most furniture have dust batting on the bottom sides. Most likely you will need to pull the staples to remove the cover to expose the mechanism to get to the loose screws.

Once you find the loose bolts/screws put some plumbers teflon pipe tape on the bolts/screws to use as a thread lock or get some Loctite thread sealer.

Remove the back, the swivel platform, if equipped, and the rocker platform. (Other sites tell you how to do that.) Open the chair to the reclining position. With the chair upside down, pull the staples holding the upholstery and "undress" the area where you see all of the play while moving the arm in and out. This will be on the front vertical corner edge of the chair. Look carefully at the gap that opens and closes as you wiggle the arm. You will see the gap and staple legs that no longer hold the two pieces together. You will also see the remains of green glue that once held, along with the staples, the arm section to an inside panel. Carefully increase the gap so you can cut the staples with a pair of dikes. Since it was once glued, I used Gorilla glue in the gap and clamps to pull the gap closed followed by a 6 screw angle bracket on the outside and screws from the inside of the panel into the end piece of the arm section that was pulled away. Always drill pilot holes for the screws. Re-dress the upholstery and re-assemble the chair. Wish I could show pictures on this site so you could see exactly what I am talking about. It is now stronger than it was and you would never know I had worked on it.
