Must I change my screen?My screen has a problem(LCD Problem)

Hi,
As I see you have white spots only on left side and left upper side. This means:
Your display is not original and it's more fat,or there is anything between LCD and phone housing.
Or, This is the battery side. Maybe your battery is bulging. You can tray to remove back cover and check again for spots.

that's caused by pressure on the screen when being used. and no as long as you just lightly touch is as normal it'll be fine, my original apple screen did that. but remember if you push too hard the lcd will crack.
