interference in headphones - after repairing problem has not changed.

Good day,

Month ago I was having trouble with my headphone:

1)interference in headphones

2)buttons on headphone (+\-) didn't work

I ordered from this site new audio dock and than changed it.But situation has not changed. With all headphones one problem.

What can be??please help me.
