problem with restore with itunes

i have an jailbraked iphone one day it stopped and i can't open it, when i blug the phone with my pc i see the restore screen and i have tried all possible ways to restore it but it show me (error 21) in restore mode and in dfu mode what's the problem ??

Options

Error 21 is a battery error or your charging cable is faulty try another cable If that fails change the battery
