No touch on the panel (FIXED)

Hello, I just replaced the battery I got but the screen completely lost the touch feature. Only the physical buttons work. Do you know which of the connectors is responsible for the touch of the screen?

Is it ipad first generation or ipad 3rd generation ?

Did you close remove touch cable ?

Options

(FIXED) took apart the ipad again and re-connected the large flat ribbon cable which fixed the problem.
