Unable to turn it on

Hi,

Perfectly working fine and suddenly stopped working and not starting now. Unable t turn it on. Not even showing any battery charging icon when connected to charger. What could be the problem. When trying to start, shows slightly grey screen for 1 second and switches off. Tried press/hold sleep button but no success. Can any one help please.

Hold power and home button togeather for 7 seconds then let go of home but keep power held down this should kick start it with the apple logo

Just to add to the discussion a little bit, I do believe this is caused when you repair the Ipad while it's started. Ensure that the unti is powered down before doing any reperation in the future to avoid any damage. :)
