No video/audio from wii

I have a wii and have narrowed the problem down to the motherboard. I have no video or audio but it turns on and the disc spins and everything but there is no black screen or anything its like it isnt even connected to the tv and the cords are good cuz I use them with my regular wii all the time? Thanks

Can you shine a flashlight into the AV ports to see if there is damage? Since you have another Wii, you can compare the ports to see if there is any difference physically

try replacing the wifi card because in older computers/game consoles if the wifi card fails then the system will not boot, this worked with mine that had the same issue. However if that does not work then it was a NAND failure and the motherboard will have to be replaced.

Checking the capacitors is a good idea, specifically the 3 or 4 on the video circuit. Before you take it apart leave it connected to the tv and turned on for 5-10 minutes, if you start to see a faint image then those caps are likely the problem. Or try a different tv that displays a no signal error and see if the wii even outputs anything.
