mon amprimante hp cp1025 print blank pages the toner is full of colors cyan magenta yellow black please help me

yes and i tray new catridges and it's same
i have tested power supply and all pages are blank
the power supply working fine
Did you removed the securefoil (you can pull it out with a ring on the side of the catridge)?
yes of corse
When you try to print an information page from the printer (directly from printer), is it also blank?

Usually if pages are white, the problem is with laser. There is layer of dust in laser prism
