Replace bluetooth board on MacBook Pro mid 2010 model A1273

Hi, I have a mid 2010 Macbook Pro with a hardware issue for the bluetooth module, it simply stopped working.

The bluetooth icon doesn't appear on the main top bar, I can't open the bluetooth panel on settings, on the system profiler it says 'No information found' for the bluetooth module, I also have reinstalled from the original installation disk and tried all the options mentioned in forums and have reached to the conclusion that it's a hardware issue.

Do you know where I can buy a new bluetooth board and also see a guide to replace it?

There is not Apple store in my country so I need to do this on my end.

Thanks.

A USB Bluetooth Dongle would be an excellent workaround… just be sure it has Mac drivers. As to locating a part… Google Shopping is your friend… or a pawn/recycle shop that has a Mac suffering other damage that could become a spare parts machine to have on hand.
