I have tried unplugging the power from the back of the computer and I have tried turing the power off, turning the power on and pushing command, control, R, and P at the same time the power is coming on. I held the keys down for over a minute. The display screen does not come on and it remains blade the entire time.

You need to look at the LED diagnostic lights to get a better idea of where the fault lies.
