iPhone 4 screw with a broken head

Im trying to change the screen of my iPhone 4 but theres one screw that doesnt fit in the screwdriver because rhe head is broken, how can i get it out?

Striped screw is horrible were abouts is it?

There's a few methods like pointy sharp screw driver put a rubber band over the edge of the screw driver glue the screw driver to the screw or use a dremil

I've had this happen once before. The screw was in the upper right hand corner. I was not able to remove it.

You can try to dremmel it out, if you know what you're doing.

Update

You can dremmel a 'slot' into the metal, and use a flat head to remove it.

I ve tried with everything and it doesnt come out, i dont want to try with a dremmel because I dont know what to do and I dont want to damage my phone, if you can find a video it would be great please, help
