water damage - wifi unable to scan network
water damage , it is now dried out, wifi keep spining no network connection. sometimes screen freeze. how to fix problem.

Treat for water damage by cleaning with 99%alcohol you shoul never let it dry as it will corrode.. If still no wifi after you should replace wifi flex see if that changes it

I did let it dry out and i see where vibrating motor had some greyish spot around it, however, i brush it off, but my concern is the logic board might have the some issues too of corrosion. How do i clean the board since the metal sheild is on it.

Try cleaning and reattaching the wifi antenna cable. -JB

That metal shield does not come off unless cut or sniped off.. Submerge the logic board it the alcohol and kinda move it about a couple of minutes this will move any corrosion on parts then dry off with a airline through the shield gaps..
This is the best you can do with the shields on I'm afraid
