Where can I find someone to do surface mount circuit board soldering?

Where can I find someone to do surface mount soldering please?

The exact parts are irrelevant. I just need someone who can solder a tiny diode on.

Is there anyone I can hire to do this? I bought a new motherboard and a piece got fried by a loose wire.

Help, please.
