hum noise, what to do?

Hello,

I have recently bought a used mac pro 4.1, it makes weird hum noise which is coming from bottom of the mac pro and I guess the noise is produced by the exhaust fan. Which does annoy me. How do I get rid of this noise? changing rpm did not help. Consequently, how do I change the Exhaust fan?

Also, it produces buzz noise which is coming from the AC what should I do also? Help is required.

I would run AHT to see if there is a sensor or fan problem. Use the tear down guide link on the right. Obtain the recommended tools (every job is easier when you use the proper tools) Take lots of notes and photos you can make a guide.
