White Spots after Repairing Device

So when repairing an iPod touch 4th gen and putting in a digitizer/lcd (got from etech parts) the screen when pushed on a little harder than normal creates white dots or discoloration in the screen. Could it be from a thinner type of glass? I had followed the steps on iFixit to repair it and it comes out with white discoloration each time. So that's why I'm assuming it could be a problem with the quality of the replacement part. Its more noticeable around the edges of the LCD rather than the center.

Answer this question I have this problem too

The LCD is getting pressure form the shield. You should check the case it could be bent, or the inter shield is bent.

I dont have anything putting pressure on it. Its when I put heavier pressure on it than normal pressing and it creates a discoloration in the screen mainly near the top. I have adhesive on top and bottom along with some on the sides with breaks where the LCD goes down into the bezel. I also put a small amount of super glue in each corner for extra hold but still creates that discoloration. I checked to see if any small pieces are on top of metal shield or below LCD and nothing.
