Power supply compatibility (iFixit store)

I have a 17" intel iMac which has a pretty strange problem. Sometimes it works fine but it often doesnt want to start AT ALL (no light,....) This model has no led inside to diagnose the problem.

As it sometimes accepts to start up, i think that the motherboard is ok, and the power supply guilty. So, I would like to replace this part myself. My only question is the following :

Will a power supply owned @ iFixit work on a european (french) iMac ?

I mean, you americans use 110V/60Hz powerage and we use a 220/50Hz one. I wouldnt like to turn my iMac into a barbecue.

Vincent Monteil, it is my understanding that the PSU is rated for 110V-240V 50/60HZ so it should work for the European market as well. Best bet of course is to get confirmation from the vendor. If you want to purchase it from ifixit I suggest to contact them directly on here. Hope this helps, good luck.
