Why is the screen black on my Disney Asus MK90H?

1. How to find the battery in this device?

Initially I have problem "plugged in, but not charging"

although the computer operates very well.

2. When I opened the box with screwdriver, I found the "RAM", instead of battery. After I closed the box that contain RAM, my ASUS computer could not operate again as before. It appears as "black screen" that I could not use it again. How to fix this technical problem?

This video will show you how to take it apart and where the battery is which looks like a black rectangle.

You should also know the fans on these models are prone to failure so it is best to monitor the temperature.

The power issue sounds to me like a loose solder joint but could be many things including the power supply or even software/hardware battery management letting the netbook know it is plugged in.

It is possible you dislodged the ram when opening.
