Do you mean a NAND error? i.e. text flashes on the screen with the word [NAND] and a bunch of small letters/numbers?

If so, this is usually caused by a flex cable. disconnect all flex cables except the power flex. turn on the phone and see if it will boot normally. if so, then figure out which flex is bad and replace.
