Upgrade screen to 1920x1080 possible?

Hi,

I've got an K73SJ which has an 1600x900 crappy glossy screen. Is it possible to upgrade the thing to a 1920x1080 display?

NO

It is not possible to upgrade you screen as other types of screen are not available. The video cable would also not support it as it was designed to be used with the original screen. (1600x900)
