dock connector issues/audio issues

I replaced my dock connector in my iPhone 4 due to several issues such as music/text tones not playing.

It was a success at first. Then i plugged it up to charge and now the music/text tones, etc. stopped working. I took it off the charge, disconnected it from the main board and reconnected it. Sound works again! But when I plug up to charge, same issue. So basically after I am done charging I disconnect and reconnect the dock connector from the main board so my phone will function properly. Any ideas?

I have already tried cleaning headphone jack and all connectors. The issue persists.

Answer this question I have this problem too
