Which number is the ESN?

Behind the battery there are three sets of numbers. I need to determine which set is the ESN number in order to activate my phone on a pay-as-you-go plan. None of the numbers specify it as an ESN number.

How do I determine the ESN number? I have tried all three number sets but I still get an error message.

The HEX number is the ESN number.
