black screen after screen replacement won't power?

Hi, I just have replaced my iphone 4s screen but, my iphone won't boot anymore. 5.1.1 is installed on this phone.

All plugs/harnasses are connected correctly.

Any ideas? If I try to update to 6.1.1 my Itunes says error 3194.

You should double check your connectors, also clean them, if you are still having problems you should try another screen.

It sounds like you may have damaged the battery connector to the motherboard. Try pushing down on the battery connector and powering it on. you may need to plug it in while doing this. If it turns on this is your issue. if not check the 6 contacts to the motherboard around the battery connection to make sure it hasn't been damaged. Let me know if this helps
