How to replace a headphone jack

I have what appears to be a I Pod Classic purchasd in Canada, model #A1136 (30 GB). Date on Back cover 2005. The headphone jack needs to be replaced (I can only hear 1 channel). Do I use the same parts and process described on this web site for the I Pod Classic? Do you ship parts to Canada?
