My buttons are not working

hello I have been having issues with my mp3 player.it still works and turns on but the buttons don't seem to work so which means I cant change tracks.it has a mind of its own sometimes when i turn it on it will change track by itself and they volume would come please help me do you think that this issue can be resolved???
