Why Won't my phone turn on?

My Phone won't turn on. I've charged it all night and nothing happened. It started yesterday. my phone was dieing so I turned it off to save what was left of it and now it wont turn on. It flashes a blue light of the top right corner when I press the power button and when i'm charging it. I've tried holding the power and volume down button and it says battery to low to download but I have been charging it and nothing is happening.

and has it been water damaged or been used with after market chargers.

ok.

the capacator is gone.

u might have to remove the capacator (brown) near the home button flex and charging flex .

next to a i.c.

remove it.

1000% tested will work
