help with the light keys (touch sensor keys)shortcircuit

They are like shortcircuit . When I press home key I brings me the recent app list so as the all other three keys they keep being pressed..

And this phone is really slow doesnt matter you hard reset it , it keeps on hanging after every few minutes when its running perfectly.
