How to get shift key locked when click once

I have a Macbook Pro and Macbook Air. On the Pro when I click the shift key once in compose mode the Shift key function stays active until I click the shift key again. (This means I don't have to keep the shift key pressed in the to capitalise a letter, etc).

Is it possible to set the shift key with the same functionality on the Mackbook Air?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Turn on sticky keys in accessibility. Then, press shift twice and then it will hold. There is no way to do it with just one press.
