Screen is dark after OS X boots
It works okay, but when i want to reboot it - it becomes when it has to show my desktop. When i take out RAM and put it back everything works again... Why?

Failing backlight - to confirm or deny connect to an external monitor - it should appear normal when your display is black. If it's black too you have a GPU/VGC logic board problem.
