Right spkr/sub - surface mount connector broke off.

Block Image

Searching for the name of this part.

When disconnecting the right speaker/sub connector I pulled up the entire assembly, including the surface mount connection (and a pad, ugh).

I have gotten the materials to replace the pad and bridge to the board copper, but I need to replace the surface mount (its long gone).

What do you call the male end on the speaker wire and the female part on the board?

Answer this question I have this problem too

heliumdream, that is a Pico-EZmate connector made by molex. Part number for this particular one is 78171-0004 connector. The datasheet is available right here. The socket is on the board (female end) and the plug (male end) is connected to the wire. Hope this helps, good luck.
