iPhone sound very strange issue!

Hello Guys !!!

i have an iphone 4 16GB, after two years of soft using :D

there is a very strange problem, all the iphone mics doesn't work correctly, the upper & lower one, loud speaker is not good, the sound in calls in bad !!

in addition to that this case is in any headset i use and with any app too (recording, viber ... so on) !

anyone have an answer to my issue please answer my :D Thanks
