The water is hot but not boil, no stream just hot water

When the green ready light is on, I have to wait a few minutes before I press the coffee button, and hot (not boil) coffee comes out. The was no coffee came out if I didn't wait.

There was not stream comes out when I press the stream button, only hot water.
