iPhone 5 Digitizer going crazy after power button replacement

I replaced an iPhone 5 power button and after the repair the touch screen wasnt being responsive. I tried another screen and the same thing was happening. it works good when the screen is plugged in but, when i fully install it the screen decides to go all crazy on me.

Is something being shorted out? Please help?

It seems the connector of the digitizer was loosened while you put the screen back.

Update

Hello, dariy! The one possible reason is that you mixplace the screws (3 screws in different sizes) on the mental bracket which is fasten the screen connectors. Or you have screwed the screws too tightly. Don't make them tightly.

The other reason is that the camera below the screen has not been placed in an exact location. But it is long odds.

Hi Dariy,

I just encountered the same problem. My iPhone 5 powers up and either the digitizer is not responding or the LCD doesn't come on and I hear the "bounce" charging sound every 5 seconds.

I tried what Vege Cai suggested but I had no luck. I also tried a few different display assemblies which are 100% functional (original) and I get the same problem.

Thanks!

What problem? There are more than one problem stated above. If you want exposure (and an answer) for your question, I advise you to start a new question and state your problem in detail, saying what your device is, how old it is, what the issue is, how and when the issue started, and what you tried to do to fix it so far.
