[After LCD Inverter replacement] backlight on when mac off.

Hi everyone,

I had to replace the defective LCD inverter on an old Macbook Pro. Everything went fine, following this guide: MacBook Pro 15" Core 2 Duo Models A1226 and A1260 LED Driver Board Replacement

When i put the battery back in place, the backlight turned on without even starting the mac. At first it didn't start when plugged, but started well on battery only, and accepted the plug after that.

Booting screen and the rest responded well, but the baklight acted weird: when you ask for minimum backlight, it turn full maximum. The real problem is that when you want to shut down the screen (sleep, stop), the mac stops but the screen goes full bright white and stays like this, as if it was acting like the opposite...

If you have any idea, it will be heartily welcome.

Contact the vendor and replace the inverter.
