L1 battery replacement not charging

Hi, I recently bought an L1 battery replacement for my macbook pro. I am not able to receive a charge. I have tried an SMC and PRAM reset multiple times and have had no luck. I have checked the connections many times and it seems connected. When i plug in the magsafe it shows to be plugged in but the percentage doesnt move and there are no lights on whatsoever. Please help!! thanks

Contact your vendor - sometimes batteries are bad straight out of the box.

If iFIxit was your vendor you're in the wrong place. This is the volunteer DIY help form. There's a link at the bottom of the page to contact iFixit direct.
