I can feel an electric current flowing from my computer?

I know it's a short circuit of some kind, but how would I troubleshoot it? I have the 2.8Ghz i7 model with 8 gigs of RAM.

Someplace a ground barrier is damaged or missing. Look at the teardown the black vinyl patches are insulators… if you're missing any or if they are cut/scratched that could be the source. If this happens only when charging inspect the magsafe port for gunk.. that could be bridging current. Check that the battery isn't cracked. (I had this with one of my laptops.. the crack was invisible until I lifted the battery out of the laptop.) Another weak/transfer spot is the trackpad/palm rest. This can also happen with a swollen battery.
