when i did all my own screen i lost all means of service and wifi it needs to connect to wifi and itunes to set up the phone but it can not find any means of wifi that and it has really splotchy service it has small bars for a split second then nothing at all all plugs are in every thing?

The long screw on the top and the metal washer underneath it serves as the wifi conductive path, which connects with the top of the frame to form the wifi antenna. The RF cable at the bottom connects the cellular antenna to the logic board and there is a piece of flex cable on the speaker, screwed to the bottom frame to form the cellular antenna. make sure these parts are properly installed
