no blue back light

i bought a cookoo watch from official online store, but i received a defective watch which the light doesn't work

mail to support no reply, after day 3 when i complaint to Peter Hauser, they do reply me but just ask me some question then nothing

so anyone here know the diagram or how to fix this problem?

hi there i got the same problem (request#208367) - the guy from support service at cookoo watch named Ethan Bass would never get back to me once i said that his instructions on how to fix the problem didnt work. Ethan Bass, you and your company, Cookoo Watch suck big way as you should take care of the customer service strategy. potential customers, be aware of the cookoo watch. charlatans.

yup, their support team really suck and no after sales service.

they use few weeks to reply me and not solve my problem, just ask me send back to US and i've to pay shipping fees then refund 80% money to me

hello i had the same problem the problem from that wheel that sit the time the wheel between the command and mode bottons try to move it out like u need to sit time and put it in again just try play on it and give hem some hits rally i figure out whene i hit the watch whene the light didint turn on i got angry couse the watch is new so try do it i hope i hilped you
