Front and Rear cameras ruined after screen replacement

Hey guys so I put a new screen on an iPod touch 4th gen. After I finished and closed the phone, I noticed the cameras weren't working properly. When turned on, the rear camera showed all black, and sometimes had odd colors show up. The front cameras looked very orangy, take a look:
