After screen replacement, the screen freeze when I making a phone call

After screen replacement, when I make a call, the screen freeze at the calling mode. When I press the "Ending" button, the screen freezes and never hang up the call. When I press the home button back to main page and try again to press on "phone" icon. The phone automatically dial the number that I tried to call before. And freezes when I press"Ending". It keeping doing that back and forth, don't know how to fix it.
