Replace iPhone CMDA LCD Screen & New LCD barely flashes

Hey, I Replace iPhone CMDA (Sprint) LCD Screen & the new LCD barely flashes when I attempt to power it on. However, when I put the old one back on and it works fine.

I tried another (Non CMDA) LCD just for testing purposes and it did the same thing. I've clean all the adhesive off the phone and still doesn't work.

My next possible steps is to (A) Clean off the connectors with alcohol and (B) Order a new Screen.

What you guys think I should do? I've never experience this problem before.

P. S. I've already tried a hard reset.

Please help, I'm tryna make this money lol!

I think that is a static problem betweem the metal frame and LCD.

Can you try to test lcd on mainboard and battery without installing in metal frame to see if your lcd doing the same thing ?

Good luck ...
