LCD screen backlight no power

I had to take a part my mac to change hard drive, i disconnected the lcd display backlight connecotrs and marked them.

Now when i try to start my imac again.. it seems to not get any power on the screen, also i am not sure the computer is botting up at all sonce i can see the fans going buit i dun hear the apple sound related to the boot up process.

Do the 4 connectors have a specific order i might have messed up?

Could it be something else? preventing the imac form booting up and energizing the screen?

Yes could be any cable you disconnected, go over your connections again. Many times DIYers "think" they have solid connections when they are not square or complete.

I have taken it apart several times, and checked the connections, besides all you need to disconnect for the screen are the 4 ac power connectors plus the data one, so i was wondering if there is a safe way to check the voltage on those connecotrs in a safe way since i have been told they are supposed to be very high power and a regular tester would not work.

I own a Fluke tester 77 series.. would it be safe to test them with it?
