Can we add/replace a sim card slot to this phone?

This may sound stupid and I must admit I'm not entirely knowledgable about the topic, hence my reason for asking.

Say you had the A1349 and the A1387 model iPhones, could we potentially take them apart and migrate the sim portion of the A1387 into the A1349 to make it sim compatible? I understand there would be extensive labor involved, but is it a possibility? Thanks in advance.

No, every iphone model has a completely custom logic board. The design is very different, impossible to transplant anything different
