My iPhone 4s charging issue

Hi! (sorry for my english)

Today when I tried to charge my iphone 4s, there is no beep or charge signal on the screen, I was thinking the problem is from the cable, I tried plugging the same cable with another iphone 4 it works perfectly! so when I reconnect it back with my iphone 4s nothing happened! after that I tried to plug it into the computer! i heard the beep but my windows said the USB device is not recognized! I was disappointed because my battery was at 10% then i tried hard to solve this problem by cleaning the charger port and usb cable and i did a hard reset to my iphone 4s but still nothing. Then I tried my last chance and plug it with the cable then i turn my iphone 4s off. after few minutes I realized that the battery was in charge while he was off.
