Does not power on, no sleep light but battery charges

I had a minor spill on the macbook. I took out the logic board and cleaned it up with isopropyl alcohol but now the macbook has no power at all. The sleep light is off completely and the power button does not respond. However, the battery seems to charge fine (goes from orange to green, and the light is not dim)

Resetting SMC did not help with the problem, but the magsafe light went from orange to green when resetting so i'm assuming the power button is working fine?

Is there anything I can do, or is the logic board fried?

Recheck all your connectors, often first time DIYers "think" they have reassembled everything only to find out a connection was loose, with a cam not locked down, a ribbon cable not fully inserted, or a connector that was not "snapped" in making a full complete connection.

If you're certain all that is good you could try to jumpstart your computer (an advanced troubleshooting step). to see if your top case needs replacement (the power on circuitry is part of the top case). From the ribbon cable connector block you have to very carefully '''short short pin 5 to pin 29 or ground'''. If the machine starts the top case needs to be replaced, if it doesn't the logic board would need to be repaired (by a professional) or replaced.
