Why it will not turn on

My iPod got wet with water. Can I get it working again?

The fluid damage shortens the parts on the logic board - that could lead to a shortad battery and all those defects are responsible for the problem.

open the iPod with the right tools and clean everything with rubbing alcohol, let it dry and then reassemble it again - try to charge it and if no huge damage occured - the iPod would work again

since you didn't wrote anything about the model you own - i can only provide some common infos about fluid damages
