My iPhone screen 1st and 2nd row don't work

please can someone provide me info on how to repair my screen as i cant access or click on the 1st and 2nd rows of my iPhone...this also applies to the apps, which don't allow me to play most games or even make calls!!!

please your answers would really be helpful....thankyou!

I would say that the digitizer is defective and needs to be replaced

the whole diesplay assembly is expensive - but maybe the "easiest" repair compared to the ones with the single parts of it

You may only need to re-seat the cable connector. Lift up the screen as described elsewhere on this site and re-seat the cables coming from the screen. I dropped mine and the first row stopped working, this fix worked for me, all is well now.
