Upgrade 30gb iPod 5.5th and 5th gen to 160gb. Which disk?

Hello.

I saw on other posts that you can upgrade a 5th gen (or 5.5th gen) 30gb iPod to 160gb

I'm aware that I need to replace the back, the battery and the jack

My question is :

Which HDD do I use ?

My original HDD is Mk3008GAL toshiba

Someone got a reference in 160gb HDD that match ?

Tomdelavega, my preference is the Toshiba 120GB MK1224GAH or the Tosiba 240GB MK2431GAH
