Water Damage, Connect to Itunes

I cleaned the iphone with isoprophyl alchohol.

Signal always says searching

And i cant get past the setup screen.

Everytime i connect to itunes it says " Theres a problem with your iphone"

What could be wrong?

is it water damage?
