The important thing is to thread the side edges into the channels by squeezing g them in once the cover is pushed down in channels best done on the other point pressing downward a d it will then engage with the lock on the tip

On mine Air it is and easy slide off-on procedure. Just there is hidden a small button to press on the back of the cover, under the cloth, you wont see, but can be felt by finger...press and slide off the whole cover, sliding back is the opposite of removal. The cover is a part Nr: ZG04693, same for both sides, price cca 25 euro each.

Thank you, but I'm searching for this hidden button and don't feel it. Could you please post a picture of the exact location ?? PS : I have a zeppelin Air too.

I dont have a picture, it is near the edge from the back side. Just feel it by the fingertips, try to push gently, you just feel something is springing uder the cloth. Push and slide the cover off. BTW, the cover is the same for non air/air version.

I can make a picture from the cover inside, if no luck, but not earlier tha in 14 days.

Hello everyone, do you guys know how to remove the grill from the actual model Zeppelin Wireless?

My cloth grille was damaged, I already bought a new one but have no ideia on how to remove the old one in order to install the new one.

Thanks!

Hey! You need to use a plastic pick to separate the grill from the case. Start on the corners. You need to use a bit of force to get the grill out of the sockets. It's not glued so you will not break anything. Good luck!

Yes, I had this problem too. I know this is about 3 years after the original post but for anyone else having this problem after this, it might help you.

This is for the Zeppelin. You might notice there is only the channel and the clip at the tips to hold the plastic grille cover on. But once you have slid the cover onto the channel and toward the last 1/3 of the travel, it flares out. That’s because there is a narrowing of the channel as I have shown in the picture. You must ensure the cover actually engages into the narrowing part and not miss it or it will be on the outside which is what make sit flare out. Keep it well aligned. It will then be as difficult to push in the last cm as it was to remove it.
