What Imager Chip is used in the new Kinect?

As Microsoft transitions away from Primesense, the question on everyone's mind is what the New Time Of Flight sensor is.

I'd like to know who makes it and what the actual specifications of the new tof image chip is.

I know the TOF Depth images are paired with a 1080p normal imager chip.

I'd like to know the resolution of the TOF imager chip inside the New Kinect.

Answer this question I have this problem too

From the Teardown:

Microsoft X871141-001 - Per our honored cohorts at Chipworks, this "replaces the Prime Sense chip used in the first Kinect. By the look of the font and package codes it's from STMicroelectronics"
